Your online store records the Loyalty Program statistic on the Discounts > Loyalty Program page in the Admin area.
On this page, a store admin can check:
the total number of reward points earned by customers in your store;
the number of customers having unused reward points;
the total number of reward points redeemed in the store by customers;
the total discount given to customers for the redeemed points.
The page also provides a resume of the Loyalty Program terms in the Settings part.
Based on this data, you can judge the program's efficiency and, if necessary, change the terms following the Change settings link.
