Learn how a store admin can export vendors' profiles, products and orders.

A store admin in a multi-vendor store can export vendors' profile information, products, and orders.

Exporting Vendor Profiles

A store admin in a multi-vendor store can export vendor profiles. For this purpose, you should:

  1. On the user listing page in the store's Admin area (Users -> Users List), locate the required vendor(s) account(s).


    You can use the search filters on the top or sort users by the access level to make a choice easier.

  2. Select the vendor accounts you need to export and click the "Export all" button.


    The button name may change to "Export selected" if you selected to export vendors partially.


As a result, you will get a customers.csv file containing all vendor profile-related data like the one below.

Exporting Vendor Products

A store admin in a multi-vendor store can export vendor products for all vendors or on a per-vendor basis. For this purpose, you should:

  1. On the products listing page in your store's Admin area (Catalog -> Products), sort products by the vendor(s).


    You can use the search filters on the top or sort products by the vendor to make a choice easier.

  2. Select the products you need to export and click the "Export all" button.


    The button name may change to "Export selected" in case you selected to export data partially.


As a result, you will get a products.csv file with all products-related data of a certain vendor like this.

Exporting Vendor Orders

A store admin in a multi-vendor store can export vendor orders for all vendors or on a per-vendor basis. For this purpose, you should:

  1. On the orders listing page in your store's Admin area (Orders -> Orders List), sort orders by the vendor(s).


    Use the search filters on the top to make a choice easier.

  2. Select the orders you need to export and click the "Export all" button.


    The button name may change to "Export selected" in case you selected to export data partially.


As a result, you will get an orders.csv file with all orders-related data of a certain vendor like this.
