Learn how to test DHL rates in your online store.

The Test Rates tab of the DHL add-on settings page allows to test the DHL shipping configuration and check the accuracy of the rates' calculation.

To test the DHL configuration:

  1. Specify package dimensions.

  2. Check the source address. It should match the address set in

  3. Specify the destination address.

  4. Click Get rates.
