X-Cart's Zapier addon integrates X-Cart and Zapier to help you automate data transfer between your store and dozens of 3rd party applications. As soon as a targeted event (trigger) happens, the integration takes a certain action predefined by you.

For example, you can create a zap connecting a Google Sheet and your store and set it so that when a new order is placed in your store, a new line with the order data is created in the google sheet right away; or integrate your store and a survey service and have a new user created in your store when he completes the survey, etc. To get more ideas on the workflows, explore all the zaps https://zapier.com/app/explore.

Supported triggers:

  • New Unfinished Order - Triggers when a new unfinished order is created (with line item support).

  • New Customer - Triggers when a new customer is created.

  • New Product - Triggers when a new product is created.

  • New Order - Triggers when a new invoice is placed (with line item support).

  • New Paid Order - Triggers when a new paid order is placed (with line item support).

Supported actions:

  • Create Customer - Creates a new customer.

  • Create Order - Creates a new order.

  • Create Product - Creates a new product.

  • Search Product by Title - Finds a product by a title search.

Examples of automation functions for X-Cart:

  • Send Gmail messages when new unfinished orders are created.

  • Send new orders to Xero (line item support.

  • Save orders to Google Sheets.

  • Send emails when new unfinished orders are created.

  • Post orders to Slack.

  • Add line items from new paid orders to Google Sheets as multiple rows.

  • Add new MailChimp subscribers from new customers.

  • Create new Zoho CRM contacts from orders.

  • Create a new product using Typeform

Zapier allows creating 5 zaps for free, which means your store can exchange information with 5 different apps at a time for free. More zaps require a monthly subscription.
