Feed submission history in X-Cart 5.6.x
You can view and manage your store's history of Amazon feed submissions on the Feeds tab of the Amazon page in your store's Admin area.
On this tab, the feed submissions are presented as a list. For each feed submission, the following information is provided:
Type: the feed’s type and its feed ID. The type is either List offer (for
feeds submitted using List Offer), or one or more of Product, Pricing, and
Inventory — depending on what kind of information the feed contains.
Marketplace: the Amazon marketplace the feed was submitted to.
Entities: the number of entities (products) that were submitted to Amazon with this feed.
Submission status: the status of the feed (Processed / In progress), with the date and time.
The number in the Entities column is a link that opens that feed’s detail page.
On that page you can review exactly what happened when the feed was processed.
The detail page has the following tabs:
Summary — an overview of the feed: when it was submitted, when Amazon finished processing it, its current status, how many products were submitted to Amazon (broken down into Accepted and Rejected), and your total original selection.
Accepted — products that Amazon successfully accepted from this feed.
Rejected — products that Amazon rejected, along with Amazon’s error codes. If you see any errors here, review the error codes, make the necessary adjustments on the product, and resubmit.
Skipped — shown only for feeds submitted using List Offer. Lists products that didn’t qualify for List Offer and were never sent to Amazon in the first place, along with the reason. See Listing products on Amazon with List Offer for the full list of reasons and how to resolve them.
A product can appear on more than one of these tabs across different feeds — for example, a product that was skipped by List Offer today can be resubmitted successfully later once you’ve fixed the underlying issue.
Click Check status to refresh the processing status of your feeds.
To remove a single feed submission from the list, click the trash icon next to it.
To clear your entire feed submission history, click Clear history at the bottom of the screen.
Feed submission history in X-Cart 5.5.1.x
You can view and manage your store's history of Amazon feed submissions on the Feed Submission History tab of the Amazon page in your store's Admin area.
On this tab, the feed submissions are presented as a list.
For each feed submission, the following information is provided:
Feed types: Amazon marketplace to which the feed was submitted, feed type (Product, Pricing, Inventory or a combination thereof) and feed ID.
Entities: The number of entities (products) that were submitted to Amazon with this feed.
Submission status: The status of feed submission (Processed / In progress), date and time.
The number in the Entities column is a link that leads to a separate page where you can view the list of products in the feed. If a warning icon is displayed next to a number in the Entities column, it means that some of the entities (products) were submitted with errors. In this case, you should click on the number link and review the list of feed products. The products that were submitted successfully will be listed on the Submitted page tab.
Any products that were submitted with errors will be listed on the Not Submitted tab along with Amazon error codes. If you see any errors, you should review the error codes, make the necessary adjustments, and resubmit the feed.
To remove the feed submission logs you no longer require, you can clear the feed submission history by clicking the Clear history button at the bottom of the screen.
