Filtering Products for Import

Set Import Schedule

In the Schedule section, choose how often you want product information such as stock, pricing, and discounts to be updated in your X-Cart store.

Setting Import Schedule

By default, Premier Performance updates it once a day in the morning, but you can change it to update three times a day, or as often as every hour.

⚠️ If Non-Stocking filter was added on the previous step, product information can only be updated once in the morning.

Delimiter and Zip File Settings

Below Schedule, you'll find two additional sections that control how information is imported to X-Cart:

  • Delimiter: Set it to Comma.

  • Zip File: Set it to Yes.

Selecting Comma as Delimiter and Setting Zip File to Yes

Enter the Import File Name

In the Filename field, enter premier_inventory.

Entering the Premier Perfomance Filename

Why is there a file name?

Each time Premier Performance imports products into your X-Cart store, it sends a CSV file to your store’s server. This file is similar to the one you can manually import yourself. It needs to be named premier_inventory so X-Cart can recognize it as a Premier import file.

Set FTP Type

  1. In the FTP section, select Premier FTP.

  2. Click Submit.

On the next page, you’ll find the username and password. Save the credentials 💾. You can leave Premier Performance website after this step.

Complete the Connection

In your X-Cart Admin:

  1. Go to CatalogCatalog importSettingsPremier.

  2. Enter saved credentials from the previous step in the required field.

  3. Click Save Changes.

✅ And You are Done!

You can now start using Premier Performance to sell and deliver products.
