Managing Vendor Profile Information as an Administrator

Learn how to view and manage vendor profile details (account info, address book, company details and address, financial details, products).

You can access vendor profiles like any other user accounts in your online store on the Users List page of the Admin area (Users > Users List). To see the profile details, open it for editing. Generally, a vendor profile consists of the following parts/pages:

Account Details

The store administrator can view and manage the general account information of a vendor via the Account Details page of their user profile:

Address Book

The store administrator can view and manage the address(es) of a vendor via the Address Book page of their user profile:

Company Details

The store administrator can view and manage the company details of a vendor via the Company Details page of the vendor's profile:

Company Address

The store administrator can view and manage the company address of a vendor via the Company Address page of the vendor's profile:

Financial Details

The store administrator can set vendor-specific commission rates for a vendor via the Financial Details page of the vendor's profile:

Also, on the Financial Details page, the administrator can access the information regarding the financial account at which the vendor wishes to accept earnings from the sales through the multi-vendor marketplace.

Vendor Products

The store administrator can access the products of a vendor via the Vendor Products page of the vendor's profile:
