The store administrator can adjust the email message by which new vendor staff members are informed about the creation of their profile and invited to log in for the first time. This email message can be found in the Email notifications section of the store’s Admin area (Store setup > Email notifications); it is called “Vendor staff invitation”:

Note that the vendor staff invitation notification may not be disabled as long as the store uses the add-on Multiple profiles for vendors.
