X-Payments Cloud lets you create and manage subscriptions for products or services with recurring payments.
In this guide, we’ll show you where to find subscriptions, what actions you can take on the subscription page, and how to view subscription details.
Before you begin
Make sure the following are in place:
Your store is running X-Cart 5 or later
The X-Payments Cloud Connector add-on is installed and enabled
Your store is connected to your X-Payments Cloud account
You have a payment method with tokenization support enabled in X-Cart
Subscription Management is activated in your X-Cart store
Where to find subscriptions
You can manage subscriptions from the Subscriptions section in your X-Payments Admin Panel — click the Subscriptions button at the top of the screen.
Subscription page
On the Subscriptions page, you can:
View a list of all subscriptions
Search or filter using advanced options
Adjust the number of subscriptions per page or navigate between pages
Each subscription is listed on a separate line [1] and includes:
Customer Name | Full name of person who purchased the subscription, as per X-Cart order. |
Start Date | Time and date when the subscription began. |
Description | The name of the subscription product (in our example, the rather plain "Subscription product"). |
Recurring Amount | The fee charged each billing period. |
Status | Current state: Active, Not Started, Stopped, Restarted, Failed, or Finished. |
Customer Card | The card used for recurring payments. |
Success Attempts | Number of successful recurring charges. |
How to view subscription details
In the Subscriptions section in your X-Payments Admin Panel:
Click a Customer Name to view subscription details.
Then, click the Go to payment details page link to access full payment info and manage billing options.
