X-Payments Cloud has a feature that enables you to sell products and services with recurring payments: X-Payments Subscriptions.

Prerequisites for using X-Payments Subscriptions:

  • an X-Cart 5 store connected to your X-Payments Cloud instance using the X-Payments Cloud Connector add-on;

  • an X-Payments payment method with support for tokenization enabled in your X-Cart store.

  • Subscription Management activated in your X-Cart store.

Your X-Payments Admin panel provides a special section that enables you to work with subscriptions. You can access it by clicking the Subscriptions button at the top of the screen.

This section provides information about all your store's subscriptions. The information is presented in the form of a list where each line is a subscription based on a certain subscription product in your store. For each subscription, the following information is available:

  • Customer Name: Name of the customer who purchased the subscription.

  • Start Date: Subscription start date.

  • Description: Name of the subscription product on which the subscription is based.

  • Recurring Amount: The subscription fee that the customer is expected to pay in each subscription period.

  • Status: Subscription status (Active / Not started / Stopped / Restarted / Failed / Finished).

  • Customer Card: Info about the customer's credit or debit card that is being used for the subscription.

  • Success Attempts: The number of past successful card charges on the subscription.

By clicking on the customer's name on any line in the list, you can access the details of the respective subscription. For example, in the screenshot below you can see the details of the subscription by Customer Customer presented by the first line in the screenshot above:

By clicking on the "Go to payment details page" link, you can access the payment details page for the subscription with further information and all the necessary controls to manage the subscription payments.
