Changing your password keeps your account and customer information secure.
We reset your password every 30 days to make sure you update it frequently. If you receive an authentication code for an unauthorized login attempt, we recommend changing your password once again to make sure no one can access your account without permission.
If you forgot your X-Payments password, you can reset it. You can also reset passwords for other users in your X-Payments account if you have the required permissions.
Be sure to also check our requirements for creating a strong password.
To Update Your Password:
In your X-Payments Admin, click Profile and select View Details.
On the Account Details page, click Change Password.
In the dropdown, confirm your current password, then enter your new password twice.
Click Change.
To Reset Your Password
Go to the X-Payments Admin login page and click on Forgot password?.
Enter the email you use to log in to X-Payments and click Send.
Check your email for the reset link and click it to open the reset page.
Set and confirm your new password, then click Reset password.
Password Requirements
To keep your account secure, please follow these rules:
Your password should be at least 8 characters long.
It should be different from your X-Cart account password.
It must include both numbers and letters (UPPERCASE and lowercase).
Don’t use parts of your email address or any of your last four passwords.
Also, avoid easy-to-guess passwords like Qwerty123 or P4ssw0rd. Use something more complex and unique – like R7g$1pX@k9zL.

Don’t store passwords on sticky notes or in your phone’s notes app – use a password manager. It keeps them secure and easy to access when needed.
