The Storefront Builder is a powerful tool that operates within the Admin area of your X-Cart store and allows you to customize the look and feel of the storefront.
In X-Cart 5.6.x, the Storefront Builder functionality is integrated directly into the X-Cart core and no longer relies on a separate add-on. It has been fully redesigned and rebuilt using a modern React-based interface, providing a more streamlined and responsive editing experience. Unlike earlier versions, the new Storefront Builder no longer includes the template editor component. All major customization capabilities available in the previous builder have been preserved and aligned with the new architecture. \
You can access the Storefront Builder using the Customize storefront button on the Design > Themes page.
In X-Cart 5.5.x, the Storefront Builder was implemented through the Theme Tweaker add-on. In X-Cart 5.6.x, this add-on is deprecated and retained only for upgrade compatibility purposes.
