A general overview of the Banner System add-on facilities.

The Banners System add-on provides a tool that enables you to add banners to your store pages. It is possible to use both images and HTML code-based banners.

Banners can help you to promote products, events, or offers using a wide range of effects. In addition, the add-on is fully responsive and compatible with all built-in X-Cart themes/skins.

Once the add-on has been installed and enabled, a new section titled Banners appears in your store Admin area:

  • X-Cart 5.5.x:

    See Design -> Banners.

  • X-Cart 5.4.x and earlier:

    See Content -> Banners.
