It is possible to delete any payment in X-Payments Cloud. Deletion can be used for the purpose of correction of the information in X-Payments; however, the deletion of a payment is not a void/refund.
A payment can be deleted using one of the following methods:
Method 1:
On the Payments page, select the payment(s) you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
Confirm the deletion.
The selected payment(s) will be removed.
Method 2:
While viewing the details of the payment on the Payment details page, click on the Delete this payment button.
Confirm the deletion.
The selected payment(s) will be removed.
