X-Cart's Amazon Integration allows you to import information about orders made on Amazon for your store's products listed on the Amazon marketplace. This feature helps you track these orders within your store.

Automated Order Imports

You can configure your X-Cart store to automatically import orders from Amazon at scheduled intervals. To enable this feature, navigate to the Import & Export Options section in the marketplace settings and activate the setting "Automatically import orders." Please note that automated order imports also require a specific server environment setup.

Manual Order Imports

As an alternative to automatic order imports, it is possible to import order information from Amazon manually. It can be done by clicking the Import orders button on the Marketplaces tab of the Amazon page in your X-Cart store's Admin area:

If you have multiple connected marketplaces/accounts and no specific marketplaces are selected, orders will be imported for all your active marketpaces/accounts (the ones with the "On" status).

If you need to import orders just for some specific marketplace(s)/account(s), select the respective marketplace(s)/account(s) by checking the check box(es) in front of their name(s) before clicking the Import orders button.

Once your store completes the import of orders from Amazon, a success message will be displayed at the top of the page.
