The Acumatica ERP Integration add-on allows you to map X-Cart Locations to Acumatica Warehouses. This mapping ensures that products assigned to specific X-Cart locations are assigned to the correct warehouse in Acumatica when orders are synchronized.
How warehouse mapping works
Warehouse mapping defines which Acumatica Warehouse corresponds to each Location configured in your X-Cart store.
The mapping is configured individually for each X-Cart Location.
During order synchronization:
The integration determines the Location from which the order shipment is processed in X-Cart.
The mapped Acumatica Warehouse is used when creating the corresponding Sales Order in Acumatica.
If no warehouse mapping is defined for a Location, the integration uses the Default Warehouse ID specified in the Acumatica Configuration settings.
Configuring warehouse mapping
To configure the mapping between X-Cart Locations and Acumatica Warehouses:
In the X-Cart Admin area, go to Store → Locations.
Open the Location you want to configure.
Scroll down to the Acumatica Sync section.
In the Acumatica warehouse field, select the Acumatica warehouse that should correspond to this Location.
Available values are retrieved automatically from your Acumatica instance via the Acumatica API.
Click Save changes.
Important: The default value of the Acumatica warehouse field is Not mapped. If the value is set to Not mapped, shipments processed from this Location will use the warehouse defined by the Default Warehouse ID setting in the Acumatica Configuration section.
Warehouse mapping in the Locations list
The Locations page in the X-Cart Admin area includes an Acumatica warehouse column.
This column displays the warehouse currently mapped to each Location.
If a warehouse is configured, the column shows the Acumatica Warehouse name.
If no warehouse is selected, the column displays a dash (—).
This allows administrators to quickly review the warehouse mapping for all Locations in the store.
