Homepage Metadata Setup in X-Cart 5.4.x

Open Store Setup > SEO Settings and proceed to the "Home page title and meta" section of the General tab.

Click the Pencil icon to access the "Front page" details page:

Edit the settings values:

  • Title: Specify the homepage title as it should display in the storefront title bar.

  • Meta description: Select to use either an autogenerated or a custom meta description for your site.
