After successful completion of the import of brands and categories, you should be able to import catalog data from ASAP Network.

It is possible to launch an import of catalog data for any specific brand manually or to adjust the import settings for individual brands so import can be done automatically on a schedule.

The ASAP Network Data Import page in your X-Cart store's backend will be the hub for all your catalog data import operations. On this page, you will be able to view detailed information about the import of catalog data for each brand.

The section columns provide the following information:

  • Brand Name: Name of the brand (as received from ASAP Network)

  • Products: The number of products that have been imported from SEMA. The number is a link to a page where you can view detailed information about the products that have been imported.

  • Brand ID: The brand ID (as received from ASAP Network)

  • SKU Prefix/suffix: The custom SKU prefix/suffix (as configured in the brand import settings)

  • Import Schedule: The brand's scheduled import date and time.

  • Import Status: Current import status for the brand.

The filtering facilities at the top of the page allow you to filter the table contents and easily find the information you require.

Each brand on the list has its own Settings button that allows you to re-adjust the import preferences for the brand and configure a schedule for the automated import of catalog data, if necessary.

Each brand that can be imported also has its own Import button that allows you to manually launch an import of catalog data for it.

To manually launch the import of catalog data for a brand, simply click the Import button opposite the brand name. Clicking the button will create a task to import catalog data for the brand. If more than one task needs to be handled by the system, the task will be queued. The integration can provide notification messages on the same page about the status of data import. To see the current status, refresh the page. After a page refresh, you can see the import statuses in the Import Status column.

For import tasks that are queued or in progress, an "Х"("Cancel import process") button is provided. Please note that after clicking this button the integration takes some time to cancel/stop the import process. (The import process cancellation does not take place immediately.)
