Accessing the Variations List
After grouping your variations, you can view and adjust their details from the Variations tab.
Go to Catalog › Products.
Select the product whose variations you want to manage.
Switch to the Variations tab.
Scroll down to the Variations Based on section to see a list of all variations associated with this product.

How Can I Tell Which Variation is Currently Open?
The variation you're selecting and editing will be highlighted in yellow.

Fixing Duplicate Attribute Values
If you haven’t updated a product variation and its attributes still match another variation, the duplicates will be highlighted in red. This makes it clear what needs updating. The red highlight will stay until the duplicates are resolved, and you can choose which value to update.

Show/Hide Product Variations from the Storefront
Use the On/Off toggle to control whether the variation is visible on the storefront. When the toggle is green 
, the variation is visible; when the toggle is grey 
, it is hidden.

Opening a Variation Product
Click on the product name in the variations list to switch between variations.

Viewing Common Variation Attributes
To see which attributes define a product as a variation and what value they have for this product, check the Attributes column. These attributes (e.g., Diameter and Color for wheels) will be displayed as options on the product page for customers to select.

Changing the Primary Image of a Variation
Click on the product image in the variation table.
Select Upload from computer or Via URL.
To add alt text, click Alt: and enter your alt text.
Click Save Changes.

Editing Variation Properties
Each product variation has some properties you can adjust from their respective columns in the table. Such properties include: SKU, Price, Core charge, Sale price (if the Sale add-on is enabled), Quantity and Weight.
To update variation properties:
Locate the row of the variation you want to edit.
Click on the property field (e.g., sale price, quantity, weight) to enter the new value.
Adjust any other necessary fields.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
If you adjust the sale price, click on the dollar sign to switch to percentage-based pricing, or click on the percentage sign to switch back to a dollar value.

Adding New Variations
Click Add Variation.
In the popup, select
the product items you want to add as variations.Click Add Products. Your changes will save automatically.

Removing Variations
Click the
next to the variation you want to delete. You cannot remove currently opened variation. Click Save Changes to remove the selected variation.
This will not delete the product from your product list, but it will detach it from the current variation. You can always add it back by clicking Add New or using other methods.
