To start using an auto integration with your X-Cart online store, follow the steps below.

Getting Your API Credentials

Follow the provider company requirements to become a dealer, get an account with them, and obtain the credentials required for API access.

ASAP Network

To use X-Cart's ASAP Network integration, you will need an ASAP Network account.

If you do not yet have an account, you can create one at ASAP Network Automotive Data Website.

You will also need to provide your X-Cart store with a Web API Key so the integration will be able to access the API on your behalf. You can get your Web API Key as follows:

  1. Go to the ASAP Developer API page. This page provides a form that needs to be completed. You may need to scroll down the page to be able to see the form.

Note that the form is not visible on the page unless you are logged in.

    The form looks as follows:

  2. Complete the form with your information and submit it.

  3. After reviewing your request, ASAP will set up your account so it can use the API. Your API key will be auto-generated for you.

You will be able to find your API key in the API Keys section of your ASAP account.

See the WEB API Key section:

Copy this API key so you can paste and save it in the ASAP Network integration settings in your X-Cart store.

ATD

The company name is American Tire Distributors, Inc. If you're not a dealer yet, you can apply here: https://atdonline.com/register. For more info, contact ATD at https://www.atd.com/contactus.

Before you can start selling products with ATD at your X-Cart store, you must register an account with ATD and complete ATD’s onboarding steps. You must also request that ATD connect your account to the X-Cart master account.

ATD will provide you with one or more Location numbers. Contact the X-Cart support team with your default Location number so we can provide you with an Auth token.

The Location number and Auth token will serve as your credentials for access to the ATD API.

AutoSync

To use X-Cart's AutoSync integration, you will need an AutoSync account.

AutoSync provides an API for accessing product information and bringing it over to your store. To be able to use this API, the AutoSync integration in your store will need an API key. The API key is supplied by AutoSync via AutoSync Portal.

You will need to copy this API key to be able to save it in your AutoSync integration settings in your X-Cart store.

Keystone

To use X-Cart's Keystone integration, you must already be a dealer of Keystone Automotive Operations Inc (KAO). If you're not yet their dealer, you can apply to become one here: Keystone Automotive Operations Inc - New Customers.

Once you have a KAO account set up, you will be able to configure the integration settings in X-Cart. If you have any questions, please contact sdksupport@key-stone.com.

Note: Keystone has jobber accounts and dropshipper accounts. The current version of X-Cart's Keystone integration fully supports work with Dropship accounts only. Jobber account users can use the integration for product import; however, the order and shipment part of the functionality is not supported at this time for Jobber accounts.

Your set of credentials will be provided to you by Keystone Automotive Operations Inc (KAO) via KAO's SDK Portal. A user account is needed to access the Portal. You can request help setting up an SDK account at sdksupport@key-stone.com.

Be sure to inform your KAO support team contact of the IP address of the server on which you are going to use Keystone. This is important so the said IP address can be whitelisted on their system to enable data transfer.

Meyer

To use X-Cart's Meyer Distributing integration, you will need a Meyer Distributing dealer account. If you're not a dealer yet, you can apply here: https://www.meyerdistributing.com/Customers/ApplicationTerms.aspx

X-Cart's integration with Meyer Distributing relies on using an API provided by Meyer Distributing. To use this API, your store will need an API key, which will be supplied to you by Meyer Distributing. You will need to save this API key in your X-Cart store's Meyer Distributing integration settings.

After obtaining your API key, contact the X-Cart support team to request your hosting server's FTP credentials.

Once you have the FTP credentials, send them to your personal account manager at Meyer Distributing so they can upload the necessary feeds to the server.

SEMA Data

If you do not yet have a SEMA Data SDC account, you can sign up for one via the SEMA Data website.

Turn14

To use X-Cart's Turn14 Distribution integration, you will need a dealer account with Turn14 Distribution. If you haven't yet done so, you can apply to become a dealer on the Turn14 Distribution website.

To get your API credentials, check out Settings & Data > API in your Turn14 account.

Wheel Pros

To use X-Cart's Wheel Pros integration, you will need a Wheel Pros dealer account.
