The Request a Price & Hide Prices add-on allows you to hide prices and the "Add to cart" button for particular products and certain customer groups in your store and show an info message instead.

If you choose a Hide prices mode, then a non-signed-in visitor will be able to browse your online catalog (without the prices) but will not be able to add anything to the cart or proceed to checkout.

In X-Cart 5.3.x and earlier, the add-on name is Call for Price.

Starting from X-Cart v5.4.0.8, the add-on was renamed to "Request a Price and Hide Prices" and combines both the "Call for Price" and "Hide Prices" add-ons functionalities.

To start using the add-on, make sure you installed it as described in Installing Add-ons from the X-Cart App Store.
