The Product Reviews add-on comes with two email notifications that can be enabled and configured after the add-on installation:

  • New product review submitted;

  • Request to review purchased products.

The notifications are automatically added to the email notifications list in your store Admin area (Store Setup -> Email Notifications).

The "New product review submitted" notification is sent to a store admin each time a product review comes.

The "Request to review purchased products" notification is optional and sent to a customer if a respective option is configured on the add-on settings page.
