Since Shopper Approved syndicates reviews to Google, you will need to provide them with the correct product data feed. Your Google Shopping Feed contains this data, though it may not include your entire catalog.
If you have not created a Google Shopping Feed, please install and enable the Google Product Feed add-on.
To start using the Shopper Approved add-on, make sure it is enabled in the My Apps section of your X-Cart store Admin area (App Store -> My Apps).
