Your store’s products can be viewed in a list format on the Products page (Catalog > Products), also referred to as the Product Listing page.
Here is an example of how the page appears in the Admin area:

At the top of the page, you will find several tabs that allow you to view specific groups of products:
All Products – displays the full list of products in your catalog.
Featured – shows products marked as featured.
Cloned – lists products that were duplicated from others.
Watchlists – includes products currently added to watchlists for tracking.
If your store has many products, pagination is provided. It is also possible to control the number of items displayed per page.
Product information is presented in the form of a table with the following details shown for each product:

Availability (Whether the product is visible on the storefront);
Image (Thumbnail size image of the product; a clickable link that opens the product’s details page);
SKU (Product SKU);
Name (Product name; a clickable link that opens the product’s details page);
Category (Product category name; a clickable link that opens the page of the respective category in the Admin area - with a list of products this category contains.)
Brand (Product brand name; a clickable link that opens the page of the respective brand in the Admin area - with a list of products of this brand.)
Price*;
Cost price*;
Inventory (Total stock, including all sources; backorder warehouse stock not included).
X-Cart 5.5.1.x:
Availability (Whether the product is visible on the storefront);
Image (Thumbnail size image of the product; a clickable link that opens the product’s details page);
SKU (Product SKU);
Name (Product name; a clickable link that opens the product’s details page);
Category (Product category name);
Brand (Product brand name);
Price*;
Cost price*;
Stock / My Store* (Your local inventory);
Stock / Distributors (Stock availability at external product providers);
Stock / Total (Local + external).
💡 Note: You can modify fields marked with an asterisk (*) directly on the Product Listing page without opening the product details.
Product actions:
You can sort products by clicking the blue column headers in the table.
